On Monday October 12, a day prior to Offshore Energy 2015, the annual Offshore WIND Conference (OWC) will take place in the Amsterdam RAI. The theme of year’s sixth annual Offshore WIND Conference is “Building an industry without borders”. The Conference hopes to not only exceed international borders, but also break down the barriers in legislation as well as mental barriers, discovering how people can promote the growth of the industry.
